We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
Once your order is placed and payment is completed, we need a short period to prepare your order before it leaves our location.

Standard processing (handling) time:
1–2 business days
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
During peak periods (such as holidays or unexpected surges), processing may approach the upper end of this range, but our goal is always to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
3. Daily Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday–Friday
→ typically enter processing the same business day. -
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) or on weekends/holidays
→ enter processing on the next business day.
This cut-off time affects when your handling time starts.
4. Shipping Method & Flat-Rate Fee
To keep things simple and transparent, we use a single flat-rate shipping fee for standard deliveries within the United States.

We do not currently offer expedited, overnight, or same-day shipping options through this policy. If any special shipping arrangements are needed, they must be coordinated and approved in advance.
5. Estimated Transit Time (After Shipment)
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, transit time begins.

Standard Shipping transit time (after dispatch):
Approximately 3–5 business days within the United States.
This is an estimate provided by carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, etc.).
6. Total Delivery Time (Processing + Transit)
Your total delivery time is the combination of:

Order processing (handling) time: 1–2 business days

Shipping (transit) time: 3–5 business days
Typical total delivery window:
4–7 business days from the moment your order is successfully placed and paid.
Under normal conditions, your order should arrive in less than 8 business days from the time of purchase, provided:

There are no issues with the shipping address

The carrier does not encounter unusual delays
7. Shipping Taxes & Duties (Tax 0% on Shipping Fee)
We aim to keep shipping charges as clear and simple as possible.

The flat-rate shipping fee itself is not subject to additional tax from our side (0% tax line on the shipping fee).

Any applicable sales tax shown at checkout applies only to the products/services, in accordance with local and state regulations.
We do not add customs duties or import taxes since we currently do not ship internationally.

8. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you complete your order:

You will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

When your order is shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details, if available from the carrier.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and carrier used.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays can happen.

Your tracking information shows no movement for several days

Your order has not arrived within 8 business days from shipment

The package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to:

we may ask you to cover additional reshipping costs. In some cases, refunds may be limited or not available, depending on the condition and status of the returned package.
